Refunds & cancellation

Before testing starts

If you cancel before we begin testing — including if you decide not to authorize the scope — email hello@riskbits.net and we refund your payment in full.

Once work has begun

Because an assessment is work performed for you, once testing is under way the fee reflects work done. If you cancel mid-assessment we refund a fair portion for work not yet performed. If the delivered report is materially not what was described, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund it.

Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep your statutory rights. Where you ask us to begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that once the service is fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal, and that if you withdraw during performance you may owe a proportionate amount for what was done.
